Worldies Week 2 at Spen Victoria

The opening week of the 2022 World Club Championships were held at Spen Victoria last Sunday with two teams from Yorkshire winning both their matches and progressing through to Finals Day. Another qualifying two rounds of matches are to be played this coming Sunday with local interest maintained with Lower Hopton WMC featuring. They take on a team from Atherstone Cons representing the North Midlands. If they are successful in that tie then they will play the winner of Parkfield (North Lancs & Fylde) and Springbank (Greater Manchester).

The 8-man team competition begins at 11:00am with hot food available all day and the bar will be open. Nice way to ease yourself back into the bowling mood watching some top quality action. The full draw for this Sunday is below.
