Sub-Team Final is an all Kirkheaton event

There is to be an all-Kirkheaton Sub-Team KO Final on 14 August at Broad Oak after yesterday's two semi-finals produced an all-Division 5 Final. Kirkheaton Con B team beat Division 3 strugglers Marsh Lib A with a 150-130 aggregate score.

The big semi-final story was in the other semi-final with the two Kirkheaton C&BC teams facing each other on their own green. In a satisfying outcome for the handicapping system the teams were separated by just one point with the B team edging it with a 137-136 aggregate scoreline to go through to next Thursday's Final.
