BCGBA SGM is going to get messy!

In the build-up to the Special General Meeting scheduled for 14 November both sides have exchanged written statements which are produced in full below. Apologies for the quality of these copies due to the original copies not being available for use. As both sides claim to be representing the BCGBA I have, for convenience's sake, labelled them the 'Real BCGBA' and the 'Challengers to the BCGBA'.

First up is the 'Real BCGBA' statement about the appointment of four Temporary Board members, followed by a statement from the 'Challengers to the BCGBA' (or self-appointed 'Executive Committee' of the BCGBA representing the three breakaway County organisations). That statement seeks answers to a number of unanswered questions and includes challenges to the validity of the meeting and to the individual appointed by the 'Real BCGBA' as the Independent Chair for the meeting. If these challenges are maintained, then there is every likelihood that the meeting will be abandoned before it starts. It is going to get messy.
