Winter League
The final two rounds of qualifying competitions for the Winter Cup were played out at Milnsbridge and Springwood on Wednesday. The Division 2 version played at Springwood saw the Cowcliffe team continue their dominance over the other teams by claiming three of the four places at stake and progressed to the Round of the Last 24. It might have been all four places if two of the teammates hadn't been drawn against each other.
Lindley Lib A bowler Mike Thornton completed the quartet by beating teammate Martin Holt at the final stage of the KO Round. The Round of the Last 24 will be held at Lindley Lib on Wednesday 10 April with Finals Day on the following Sunday 14 April both having a 1.00pm start time.
