The opening rounds of matches in this year's BCGBA Senior Men's County Championship will be played on Sunday 5 May starting at 2.00pm.
The Yorkshire team has been drawn in Section 3 against last year's Champions, Staffordshire, along with North Midlands and Merseyside. Each of the four counties play each other home and away with the eventual table topper progressing through to the semi-final knock-out stage.
The teams for the Yorkshire v Staffordshire matches have been released along with the greens where the matches are to be played. With Yorkshire having been the Champions for the previous two years (2021 & 2022) it should be quite an opening match to the 2024 season.
The home team match is to be played on the top green at Spen Victoria whilst the away team play at Castlefields BC in Stafford. Full team lineups and match details below.
