The top half teams in Division 1 play each other this Wednesday, as do the four teams in the bottom half. The leaders are Thorpe Green A and they take on an improving Lower Hopton team and already have a 9-point lead over all their rivals. Cowcliffe A are doing their best to hang on to the leader's coattails and will be really tested when taking on Hanging Heaton A this week.

In the lower half the bottom team, Golcar Lib, are still looking for a first win or even a draw would be progress, but they wouldn't pick to play Lindley BC A this week after they had a great win last week beating Hanging Heaton A 6-2. The two teams vying to avoid the second relegation place are Kirkheaton Con A and New Mill A and they go head-to-head this week
