We now have the four semi-finalists for the 2022 Sub-Team Knock-Out who will meet up on Thursday 1 September on neutral greens. Full details of all that are below along with the full set of quarter-final results.
The one surprise quarter-final result was the elimination of Division 4 leaders Ravensknowle Park who went down to Division 5 team Marsh Lib who didn't need their 5-point handicap advantage to progress. Springwood haven't being having the best of seasons and currently sit at the foot of the Division 3 table but will have been cheered by their win over fellow Division 3 team Almondbury Lib. Linthwaite Hall continued their good runs in KO competitions this season by beating Marsh United 'B' and Huddersfield Recreation Club overcame the Rugby Club to make up the semi-final quartet.
The Sub-Team KO format is exactly the same as for League matches - 4 singles and 3 pairs but with the aggregate totals determining the winners. Only in the event of a drawn aggregate total does the number of game winners come into play.
