Sub-Team KO Final venue

Broad Oak BC has been selected to host the 2021 Sub-Team KO Final on Thursday 9 September. The Final will be between the leaders of Section 3 and Section 4 after they both had emphatic semi-final wins this week.

Lowerhouses beat fellow Section 3 team Springwood 171-92 winning 4 of the individual games to single-figure scores. Section 4 leaders Huddersfield Recreation Club saw off the last Section 5 representative team Greenhead Park 163-117 with again claiming 4 of the games to single-figure scores.

Both teams are former holders of the trophy with Lowerhouses claiming it in 1985 (the 2nd year it was ever contested) and Huddersfield Recreation Club won it in 2001 under (one of) their former name of Zeneca.

The Sub-Team Knockout Final will be played on Thursday 9 September at Broad Oak Bowling Club starting at 1.30pm with the Recreation Club having a 5-point handicap advantage.
