Changes in the leaders of Divisions 3 and 4 but Milnsbridge B extended the League's only unbeaten record to six matches with another win.
Division 4 leaders Lindley Lib 'B' suffered a heavy 2-7 defeat at Springwood who take over at the top of the table and now have a four-point lead over them. The day got better for the Springwood outfit as the next three teams chasing them also lost with heavy 1-8 defeats for Marsh Lib and Almondbury BC 'B'. Thongsbridge 'B' were rewarded for their 8-1 win over Almondbury BC 'B' with a four-place promotion to third position whilst the losers drop four places to 8th position.
Lindley BC 'B' remain in the relegation places despite their great 8-1 home win over third-placed Marsh Lib. Then the Rugby Club drop one place to 6th after losing 3-6 at home to Marsh United 'B' who move up from 6th to 4th. Kirkheaton Con 'B' recorded a first win in four with a 6-3 home win over Ravensknowle Park'
Brockholes 'A' jump from 4th to 1st in the Division 3 table after a decisive 8-1 home win over 2nd placed Denby Dale who drop to 5th position after this result. Brockholes were so dominant that they only lost one chalk by 20-21 but they share top billing with two other teams all on 41 points. Denby Dale drop 4 places to 6th and are now 5 points behind the leaders but ironically have the best 'Aggregate For' total of any team in the division.
Golcar Lib 'B' and Almondbury Lib are the two other clubs on the same 41 points total after both clocked up different wins on Tuesday. The Golcar side edged their away match at Outlane 5-4 with a 125-120 aggregate score proving key. Meltham 'B' remain the one team below them in the table after a 2-7 away defeat at Kirkheaton C&BC 'A'. Paddock I&C move up a place to 4th after their 7-2 home victory of Skel Windmill and Huddersfield Recreation Club saw off a 9-man Slaithwaite team 7-2 to retain 9th place.
The feature match in Division 5 saw David Brown Sports consolidate their 2nd position with a 6-3 home win over 3rd placed Brockholes 'B' but lose ground on leaders Milnsbridge 'B' who extended the League's last unbeaten record to six matches with a 7-2 home win over Kirkheaton C&BC 'B'.
Broad Oak 'B' had a surprise defeat at home to Netherton Con 'B' by 3-6 which closed the gap between the team to one point whilst Dalton had a good 8-1 home win over Hemplow 'B' and pass their opponents in the table as a result. Greenhead Park move up a place to 4th after beating Holmfirth 'B' 6-3 to remain very much in the promotion picture being 4 places off the second promotion spot with a match in hand.
