No games on Monday so who needs what?

Veterans League


All fixtures in the Veterans 6-Man League for Monday have been postponed due to the clash with the State Funeral. So no preview report this week but a quick look at which teams need what to win the title, get promotion or avoid relegation.


6-MAN LEAGUE


Division 1

  • Shepley need 12 points from their final two fixtures to guarantee the title

  • Linthwaite Hall are relegated

  • Longwood need 2 points from their last 3 matches to send Lindley Lib 'A' down into Division 2.

Division 2

  • Marsh United 'A' are Division 2 Champions

  • Skel Windmill 'A' need 12 points from their last 2 matches to clinch promotion

  • Any 2 of the bottom 5 teams can still be relegated with 53 points the current safety target with all teams having 2 matches still to play

  • Paddock I&C need 2 points to be safe

  • Lindley Lib 'B' need 8 points to stay up

  • New Mill need 13 points to be safe

Division 3

  • Golcar Lib are promoted and need a total of 7 points from their final two matches to add the title to their season

  • Almondbury Lib need 6 points from 2 matches to be promoted

  • Either Shepley 'B' or Brockholes 'B' will collect the Wooden Spoon
