D V Mellor Mirfield Pairs Final 16 @ Almondbury Lib

Apologies for the delay in reporting the outcome of the Mirfield Pairs KO as I have been waiting in hope that someone would publish a full set of scores from Finals Day. I haven't been able to find any anywhere so I publish what I have managed to find out from various sources.

The winners were the Almondbury Lib duo of Andy Heaume and Neil Slattery winning the final against Mike Sweeney and Stuart King by an unpublished scoreline. The scoresheet goes as far as giving all the results up to and including the quarter-finals but sorry, nothing beyond there is available other than the naming of the winning pair.
