Mirfield League
What can and can't be confirmed this week?
DIVISION 1 Title: The tussle for the Division 1 title will go on for at least another week regardless of the outcome of this week's matches.
Relegation: Ossett Flying Horse 'A' could be relegated this week if they lose heavily away at Lower Hopton 'A'. The second relegation place will remain unfilled for at least another week.
With a 2-point lead and 2 of their final 3 matches at home Lower Hopton appear to hold the better hand as Thongsbridge have 2 away games in their run-in, one of them at Pudsey 'A' who still retain an interest in at least the runners-up position.

Relegation: The Harold Club could be relegated this week if all results go against them
Although the destination of the Division 2 title cannot be finalised this week the fact that the current leaders, Kirkheaton Con 'A' have 2 of their last 3 matches at home and the final day match is at home against bottom of the table The Harold Club makes them clear favourites. Their two major opponents, Alverthorpe 'A' and Woodlands Park, both have 2 away matches in their final 3 fixture programme with the penultimate week of the season pitching the two teams against each other in what is likely to be the promotion decider.
DIVISION 3

The closest title fight in all seven divisions with 5 contestants still harbouring hopes of a late defining surge of wins to claim the title or at least promotion.
DIVISION 4:
Title: Nothing can be decided this week.
Promotion: Thornhill C&BC need 8 points from their trip to Ossett Flying Horse 'B' this week to guarantee promotion.
Relegation: It is possible for any 2 of the bottom 7 teams still to be relegated
Thornhill only have 2 matches to play but a 16-point lead over Farsley who have 3 games outstanding against the three teams immediately below them in the table but 2 of those are at home where they haven't been beaten all season.
DIVISION 5:
Title: Morton House will be title-winners if they get 7 points from their match against second-placed Heckmondwike this Tuesday.
Promotion: Nothing can be decided this week as regards the 2nd promotion place.
Relegation: Nothing can be decided this week.
DIVISION 6:

Title: Shepley have won the Division 7 title
Promotion: The second promotion place is still open to 6 teams and will not be decided this week.
