No change at the top of the Division 3 table after the leaders, Slaithwaite, won the top versus bottom fixture by 6-2 to condemn Lockwood Con A to another week propping up the other teams. A surprise 2-6 defeat for Denby Dale knocked them out of the top three and they are replaced by the team that beat them, Thorpe Green C. Almondbury BC B were one point short (62-43) of a whitewash 8-0 win but still find themselves in the second promotion place after a 6-2 win over Lindley BC B who remain in the second relegation place as a result.

Springwood A were the big winners of this round of fixtures with an 8-0 win over Lindley Lib B which took them out of the relegation places, but still 10 points behind the team they beat.

The two Mirfield teams continue to set the pace at the top of the Division 5 table and both clocked up 6-2 wins this week to ensure that they remain locked together on an equal points total and crucially 6 points ahead of third-placed Jackson Bridge. With Mirfield Old Bank beating Jackson Bridge it paved the way to the top two easing their way ahead of the rest of the teams.

With Mirfield A continuing to ride in the leaders' slipstream a 6-2 win over bottom of the table Thorpe Green B the status quo is maintained. With Milnsbridge C failing to reduce the gap to the top three after a 4-4 draw with Paddock I&C the top two look very comfortable at present. A first win in five for Dalton as they recorded a 6-2 win over Kirkheaton C&BC A which left the losers in the second relegation place and the Dalton squad on safe ground.
