Ladies Works League
This is a final appeal from Paul's Kitchen for new bowlers to join their team for the 2021 season. Without six new recruits, this long-standing team will have to withdraw from the League. Twice Division 2 Champions in the last 8 years and with the excellent surface and facilities at their Bradley & Colne base they are an attractive proposition for any prospective bowler.
The League's deadline for confirming entries for the 2021 season is 1 March so about 6 weeks in which to find those 6 extra bowlers to ensure that the team can compete once again this year. All efforts have proven unsuccessful to date so this is a final plea to save the team from going out of the League.
In 2019 they finished the season in a Division 1 relegation place so expect to be playing in Division 2 in 2021. Home matches are played on a Wednesday evening and anyone interested or requiring further information should contact Pat Beever on 07718504041.
