Junior League joins HuddWeb

I am delighted to inform you that the Huddersfield Junior League has signed up with HuddWeb and will now sit alongside our other leagues on the Web Portal.

The timing is important as the Junior League is just embarking on a major fundraising initiative as it has been accepted on to the Kirklees 'One Community Match It Fund'. This is a project which will match £ for £ any donations the League receives between now and the end of January. The target is to raise £5,000 which will then be doubled to £10,000 by the Match It scheme. More about that tomorrow.

For now you can browse (or surf) the Junior League pages by the top menu. Currently made up of two pages which cover League Matters (Officials, League Rules etc) and then one on the History of the League currently providing League Tables going back to 2016 along with the Junior Inter-District League Tables for the same timespan. Both these sections are destined to grow over time.

Tomorrow we will add a third page all about the League's 'Match It' bid - how to help and what they want the money for along with all the details about how individuals and clubs can help junior bowling in Huddersfield.
