A Sabbatical works for me

Not a lot been happening on the news front as we survive the withdrawal symptoms of the gap between the Winter and Summer bowling seasons. So I've decided to have a break from my 3-a-day postings on the HuddWeb website. Coupled with a my laptop dying on me and all the hazzle associated with checking that a new laptop has all the links and features of my old one. I can vouch for the pressure there is in such a switch which is even greater than swapping wives!

No doubt I will pick up the pace as we head towards another Summer of bowling and our in-depth reporting on all that happens in the Huddersfield Veterans League. But for now I'm going to enjoy this short Sabbatical and would encourage you to do the same. We will be back soon to look at the make-up of the eight Divisions in the 10-man and 6-man Veterans Leagues and make our tips for promotion and relegation. Until then put your feet up and enjoy the break.
