We have a top two confrontation in Division 5 this Thursday when leaders Thorpe Green 'C' meet host club Netherton Con 'B' with just two points separating the two teams

Both teams have 100% win records and one of those could be beaten this week on the Netherton Con green although this is the division that is overdue its first drawn match of the season.

Third-placed Almondbury BC 'B' will hope to take advantage of Golcar C&BC's slow start to the season and move themselves into contention for promotion.

Two teams who have lost all three of their matches this season will both hope to get their first win on the board as the Badgers 'B' team take on the Rugby Club. The Rugby Club have avoided suffering a whitewash defeat claiming two points in all three of their matches to date.

Two 'C' teams sat together in mid-table meet when Milnsbridge 'C' meet Springwood 'C' with both only suffering one defeat to date and at least one, possibly both, of those records will be extended further this week.
