Greenkeepers planning their end of seasom maintenance programmes may be interested in this offer from Milnsbridge BC to pool local club's buying power.
At Milnsbridge we are planning our end-of-the-summer green maintenance. We propose to have a pro core machine and supplément this with the air 2 G to machine to de-compact the base layer.
The basic idea is to allow water and any feed used to reach the root structure and not pool on the surface. The results of this work provide a great improvement in green quality.
Dobcross BC had the work done last year and this season has one of the best quality greens in the Oldham League.
We have a quote for the work to be done in October but it would be cost-effective, as two greens can be done on the same day, if we had a partner club to have the work done with Milnsbridge. The service provider can complete at least two greens a day if they are in the same area.

If more than one club is interested arrangements could be made to twin other clubs who are in the same area.
The company offering this service are experienced in sports turf maintenance and carry out contracts for local authorities as well as schools and sports clubs over a wide area of the country.
