Eddie Haigh is already the Over-70's KO record holder with three previous titles (2015, 2017 and 2022) under his belt but he wants to extend that even further. He is through to Finals Day after progressing from the Ravensknowle Park leg of the competition along with Graham Hirst (Lowerhouses) who he meets in Thursday's Quarter-Finals.
Eddie may have the burden of being a home bowler on Finals Day, the only Lockwood Con entrant this year and he has the responsibility of being the reigning Champion, the only previous winner left in the field as well as aiming for his fourth success in the competition. No other bowler has won this trophy more than twice so Eddie really is the man to beat and will be aiming to extend further that already impressive record.
All the results from Rounds 1 and 2 of this year's Over-70's KO competition are below. The last 8 all progress through to Finals Day to be played at Lockwood Con on Thursday 27 April starting at 1.30pm.
