Another packed week of Huddersfield bowling news lined up with new postings every day of the week.
All the local leagues are waiting to hear of the Government's Road Map to Normality before deciding when their teams can start the 2021 season. We could end up with AGMs being staged in mid-season; shortened fixture programmes; reduced divisions - all is up in the air. We really need that guidance from Boris now so we can plan and prepare for a proper bowling season. We continue the build-up to the announcement expected next Monday (22nd).
Still no bowling in sight so we continue to run around trying to find something of interest to post on the website every day. You can help on that front by providing photographs of your club as it is now and teams from the past as well. The homepage photograph has changed today from 5 rotating photographs of the Huddersfield Merit Final of 2015 played at Lindley BC to a topical selection of local greens in the snow. They are Dalton, Outlane, Shepley, Greenhead Park and Brockholes.
