Asda grant deadline nears

Bowling News

Last chance to get your bid in for a £1,000 grant from your local Asda store. Every Asda store in the country has a Community Champion who is a bowling club's gateway into bidding for support from the superstore's funding schemes.

The deadline for bids to be submitted is next Sunday (31 October). It is a straight- forward easy process to submit a bid and we have previously reported on how a Leeds area bowling club received £1,000 to pay for 25 bespoke polo shirts and 25 waterproof jackets for their bowlers.

Grants from £250 to £1,000 from the scheme are now open for bids to support the community's return to normality after the pandemic.
