Veterans League
I counted a total of 39 entries for the 2026 Veterans Rose Bowl which is the prime individual competition of the Veterans League season.
The opening rounds are scheduled for Thursday 13 August and details will probably be released early next week. Past practice indicates that the entrants will be split into two groups at two different greens where the competition will play down to 8 qualifiers at each green. These 16 bowlers will then play another round on Thursday 22 August. The winning 8 passing through to Finals Day which is in the calendar for Thursday 10 September. There may be variations on that but the draw for the opening round next week will be staged on the day once all the entrants have turned up at the two venues.
