38 Entries for 2026 Pairs KO

Veterans League

There are 38 entries in the Veterans League Pairs KO competition this year and all 38 will line up on Thursday 18 June with a 1.30 pm start time. There will not be any problems with home bowlers playing in Finals Day this year as the Final is traditionally held at Almondbury Lib and there have been no entries from that club into this year's competition.

Past practice is that the draw for each of the qualifying rounds is made on matchday to ensure that any no-shows don't disrupt the event. The reigning Champions are Ashley Daykin & Andrew Mitchell (Lowerhouses) and they have entered and will be defending their title. The other previous winners are included in the full list of entries below.

The bowlers drawn at each venue on Thursday are shown below. At both venues bowlers are asked to arrive no later than 1.15 pm so that the draws can be made and a prompt start made as there are a number of games to get through on each green.
