Bowling News

It is interesting to see what the Leagues, County and National bowling organisations are doing about their annual fees. A number of local leagues are carrying forward the 2020 payments so no monies are due in 2021. Some are asking for reduced payments for 2021 recognising the reduced demands on their services. Some organisations are still to declare their intent. Let us know what your leagues are charging and we will keep the table up to date.

As I have said on other sites, what do the BCGBA and Yorkshire do for the average club bowler in regard to their fees. I have been our club administrator for 9 years now and cannot recall any communication from them other than asking for the annual fees. I am aware that they organise various competitions for the more elite bowlers, but what do they do for the average club that may only play in a single league. Can anybody come up with a good answer Money down the drain to me !!
