Yorkshire Ladies through to BCGBA County Final

Huddersfield bowler, Linda Gledhill (pictured alongside), marked her milestone 100th appearance for the Yorkshire Ladies team with a typical 21-5 win in her team's overwhelming success over the Wales team opposition.

The home team recorded an 11-1 win when only dropping one-point all match. The away side claimed 8 of the 12 games to run out comfortable overall 469-323 winners.

That Semi-Final win puts them through to the Ladies Senior County KO Final where they will play Shropshire on Sunday 18 September when it will again be played on a two-leg format with the two greens still to be confirmed.

Shropshire beat Warwick & Worcester in a tight Semi-Final by 415-401 with both home teams very dominant with 11-1 games counts in both.

The Yorkshire away team that beat the Wales side on Sunday
