Some changes to things in the 2026-27 Winter League.
Team Name Changes Skel Windmill becomes Skel Central
Mirfield becomes Mirfield CBC (Community Bowling Club)
Different hosting arrangements Division 1 has moved from Milnsbridge to Lindley Lib Division 5 has moved from Lindley Lib to Milnsbridge
Division 7 has moved from Netherton Con to Huddersfield RUBC
Division 8 has moved from Huddersfield RUBC to Netherton Con
Lost three host clubs - Paddock I&C (lost catering team), Primrose Hill Lib (key personnel bereavement) and Lockwood Con (Green to have 6-months recuperation period)
Gained three new host clubs - Thorpe Green (hosting Divisions 4 and 9), Skel Central (Division 10 host) and Hemplow (Division 8 host)
Team Withdrawals
Thorpe Green C, Cowcliffe C and Huddersfield Recreation Club C have all withdrawn from the League
Four new teams
Elland WMC B (Division 9), Rastrick B (Division 9), Hemplow B (Division 8) and Marsh Lib C (Division 10)
Waiting List of 5 teams
Thongsbridge B, New Mill D, Lindley Lib D, Lowerhouses C and Netherton Con C
