Vandals damage Kirkheaton C&BC pavilion

The Examiner Live website reports a lot of damage to the Kirkheaton Cricket & Bowling Club pavilion. Extensive damage to the roof, windows smashed and the inside of the clubhouse ransacked. There are thousands of pounds worth of damage from this latest attack of vandalism.

The club has set up a fundraising scheme through the GoFundMe website. This is to provide a future deterrent to such attacks by installing CCTV and signage along with the repairs costs which have all been priced at £4,000.
