All six Division 3 Tuesday fixtures went the way of the home teams including the leaders Almondbury Lib who made it 6 wins on the bounce as they beat 2nd-placed Lindley Lib B 6-3. That saw their lead at the top cut to 3 points by new challenger Holmfirth A who beat Paddock I&C by 8-1 to send the losers to the foot of the table. They took the vacancy left by Lockwood Con B who scored a good 6-3 home win over Marsh Lib A to move up one place and out of the relegation places.

Brockholes A moved up to fourth spot after beating and overtaking Thorpe Green by 7-2. Springwood are in a similar situation after beating and overtaking Slaithwaite by the same 7-2 scoreline and charging up to 5th place. A third team matched that beat-and-overtake step as Linthwaite Hall beat Hemplow A and moved up to 6th place in the table.

Skel Windmill made it seven Division 4 wins on the bounce by beating Primrose Hill Lib 7-2 away from home and that gives them a 7 points lead at the top of the table with Marsh United B chasing them upwards after an 8-1 home win over David Brown Sports.

Meltham B will be pleased to clock up a 5-4 home win over Huddersfield Recreation Club which was sufficient to lift them out of the relegation places although dependent on a 122-119 aggregate score to edge the points. Netherton Con B missed out on a step up after losing their home fixture against Ravensknowle Park by 3-6 and they sit at the foot of the latest table.

Thongsbridge B had a really good 6-3 home win over Kirkheaton C&BC A which damaged the Yetton boys promotion hopes. The Rugby Club kept in touch with the leading teams after a good 6-3 home win over Milnsbridge B.

Kirkheaton Con B remain at the top of the Division 5 table after a good 7-2 away win at neighbours Kirkheaton C&BC B as Dalton stuttered a little but did win their home fixture with bottom-of-the-table Holmfirth B 6-3 to stay second. Hemplow B inflicted a good win over 3rd placed Lindley BC B with a 7-2 scoreline.

There was a surprise 1-8 home defeat for Greenhead Park by Brockholes B who passed them in the table and went 4th and Marsh Lib B moved up and overtook New Mill B who they beat 7-2. A notable 8-1 home win for Broad Oak B over Almondbury BC B saw them shoot past their opponents
