Trevor Boothroyd wins Huddersfield Merit

A full day at the Waterloo for the 2025 Huddersfield Merit with eventually 40 entries starting out in pursuit of this prestigious trophy. A classic 21-20 final saw Crosland Moor bowler Trevor Boothroyd get over the line by beating Danny Beeby of Almondbury Lib. Trevor took the £200 winner's prize along with the magnificent 75-year-old trophy. All the results are below although you might need a good magnifying glass or screen enlarger to see some of them.
