A preview of the Division 3 fixtures to be played on Monday 15 November
It is top v bottom this Monday as the leaders Rastrick 'B' take on Springwood 'B' with the leaders looking for their first win in three and the Springwood side searching for their first win of the season. A defeat to Brockholes and a draw with Lindley BC 'B' in their last 2 matches has hampered Rastrick's bid for the division's title so they will be keen to get that back on track.
The 3rd and 4th placed teams meet up when Milnsbridge 'B' take on the host team Thorpe Green 'C' with both teams expected to rotate their line-ups once again this week as both have used 8 different bowlers to date.
Second-placed Brockholes will be looking to keep the pressure on the leaders but will have it all on against Lowerhouses 'B' who could swap places with their opponents with a big win this week. It is difficult to separate Lindley BC 'B' and Dalton who clash this week with two points between them from the same number of matches although the Lindley team comes into the match with the improved confidence that a drawn game with the leaders last week will undoubtedly have brought to them.
The action starts at 12noon at Thorpe Green and spectators are most welcome to come along to taste the atmosphere and the food.
