Preview of the Division 1 fixtures at Milnsbridge scheduled for Wednesday 27 November

The top two teams in Division 1 go head-to-head this Wednesday when leaders Lower Hopton take on Lindley BC A. The leaders hold the only unbeaten record in the division at present having won all three fixtures to date by the same 6-2 scoreline. Lindley BC A's winning start to the season ended last week in defeat to Kirkheaton Con A who sit in third place and who play promoted Cowcliffe A this Wednesday. Cowcliffe A walked the Division 2 title last season but are finding things are more difficult in the top tier and will be looking to move away from the drop zone with a second win this week.

Reigning Champions Thorpe Green A have had a stuttering start to the season with a Won-1 Drawn-1 Lost-1 record to date and will be looking to improve on that when they meet winless Lindley Lib A this week. The Meltham A versus New Mill A clash completes the programme as the Meltham team looks to plug the gaps caused by the absence of three regulars this week.
