Three more host club menus
Winter League
Three more host clubs have provided details of their facilities, refreshments, raffles and any other items they think you may need to know about. These come from Springwood where the Division 3 teams will congregate each matchday Wednesday, and also from Thorpe Green who are hosting two matchdays each week. These are for Division 4 teams on Mondays and Division 9 teams on Fridays. Netherton Con who host all the Division 7 teams each Thursday have also provided an update.

Car Parking
There is parking for about 18 cars .There will be assistance with parking on matchdays to accommodate as many cars as possible .
Scoreboard
There is a scoreboard for each captain to fill in on the day. Scores are added as each match is concluded .
Refreshments
Tea/coffee and biscuits free for each bowler .
Homemade soup £1.50
Freshly made sandwiches £2.50
Hot pasties £1.20
Bovril £1.00
Cake/scones £1.00
Puddings and custard £2.50
Occasional hot items.
Bacon Butties £3.00
Chilli £3.50

Raffles
There will be a raffle for the bowlers
Also a breakfast raffle for everyone
Tickets are £1 each or 3 for £2.
The bar will be open for alcoholic and soft drinks .
All purchases are cash only. We are unable to accept cards at the moment.
A warm welcome awaits to all bowlers and spectators at Springwood BC.
THORPE GREEN BOWLING & SOCIAL CLUB

Parking. Car park at side on green accessed from Intake where additional on-road parking is available with no restrictions.
Matchday scoreboard: Available for teams to add their match scores.
Refreshments: Tea or coffee together with biscuits will be provided to players as part of their match fees. For other visitors hot drinks [including water] @£1 along with various hot and cold sandwiches (bacon etc) @ £2 50 will be available over the season
Matchday raffles, tickets will be £1 each or 3 for £2 at least 2 prizes.
Disabled toilet on ground level. Two covered shelters and other seating around green.

NETHERTON CON 1. Netherton and South Crosland Conservative Club

The club has a reasonable sized parking area. However, minimising the number of vehicles by car sharing is always helpful
Whiteboards showing teams and mat colour with space to record results will be on display.
The club offers a range of hot drinks, tea, coffee, cuppa soup, sandwiches and home-made cakes. Those bowling that day are given a ticket which entitles them to a selection of refreshments (a sandwich, cake and hot drink). Non-bowlers and any additional refreshments will be charged as follows : Hot drink £1, Sandwich £1, Cake £1
Two raffles run on the day. One is the bowlers raffle – players on the day receive a raffle ticket as part of their £3 playing cost. The other raffle is open to all with a prize of a breakfast. Tickets will be sold on the match day. £1 each. Or 3 for £2
Netherton welcomes both players and spectators alike. And hopefully a good day's bowling weather permitting.
