On the menu at Skel Central this Winter

Winter League

We all know that the Winter League is very different to any other bowling competition where the social side is equally important as the bowling. We are going a step further on that front this year as all the host clubs have been asked to produce some matchday information to aid bowlers and promote the services available to all.

New boys Skelmanthorpe Central were the first to complete the questionnaire and it is a very good example of what the League is all about. Take a minute to read through what they are proposing to present to visitors throughout the season. They welcome bowlers and spectators and are very keen to be a good host. We have been very fortunate in the hosts that have signed up to support the League in the early days and Skel Central are adding to that reputation. Can't wait!!

We expect to follow up with similar information for each of the other divisions and have already received all that information for Division 7 teams from Netherton Con and from Springwood where the Division 3 teams are performing this season. More expected soon.
