At 9.00am on Matchday Wednesday this week things didn't look good for the Division 3 fixture programme at Springwood. Overnight rain and still raining, the chances of a good day's bowling looked bleak. It would have been easier to postpone all the matches at that time but encouraged by a forecast of brighter spells by lunchtime a final decision was delayed. Good decision, as the rain did stop and for once the forecast was correct with some welcome sunny spells to reward the hopefuls and here to prove it are 16 action photos from the day courtesy of Mike Ralph.
