No Christmas break for HuddWeb

Whilst the Winter League bowlers enjoy their two-week Christmas break, there is no let-up in postings on HuddWeb. We expect to add two postings a day throughout the holiday season even though there will be no bowling action to report on.

Amongst our plans we will be including some 'Name the Green' challenges to amuse and annoy you along with some dips back into the memory vaults to recall events going back many years. Then we will be looking at the 4 Winter League divisions that have only 4 weeks of fixtures remainingand identifying the teams in contention for the titles, promotion and relegation. These being the four divisions that have played 10 matches to date and only have 4 fixtures remaining. We will be listing their remaining fixtures to predict the winners and losers in the end-of-season chase for honours and salvation. In addition, we will be launching the 2026 Winter Cup and inviting you to participate in our annual individual competition in the New Year.

Lots to look forward to and it is only worthwhile if some of you out there take the time to access the stories every day throughout the holiday period. You can get an email notification each time we post a new article on the site just by becoming a HuddWeb Member and giving us your email address. Follow the instructions below.

That's all there is to it.

You will also receive an email notification every time a new
