Wilton Park at Batley proved to be one green too many for the Springwood Exile who faltered in the 3rd Round of our competition to leave Jeff Mellor in front on his own with the only 100% record. The chasing pack of 6 are just one point behind him ready to take advantage of any faltering on behalf of the leader. Will that happen in Round 4? Well I think one of the most difficult greens to name is included in this latest batch of three but time will determine whether I am right or not.

Wilton Park proved to be the most difficult of the three greens to recognise in Round 3.

I really do expect many to falter in recognising Photo B this week. I think that this could be a watershed moment in the competition and is a real test of local knowledge! It is a current green and in use.
