Meltham record 6th straight win

Jackson Bridge were unable to repeat their previous week's achievement of beating the Division 2 leaders when being beaten by the new leaders Meltham this week. Thanks to Jackson Bridge's earlier success over Springwood 'A' allowing Meltham to reclaim top place who were determined to hang on to that lead this time. That they duly did in emphatic style with an 8-0 whitewash win over their opponents meaning they remain unbeaten and have won 5 of their 6 league matches to date by the 8-0 scoreline to emphasise their domination of the Division 2 table.

Springwood 'A' returned to winning ways with a 6-2 win over Paddock I&C but they remain outside of the promotion places due to Lindley Lib continuing to impress in their first season in the League their latest success being a third consecutive 8-0 win this time over bottom of the table Huddersfield Recreation Club 'A'.

Almondbury BC continue to rotate their team selections with 10 different bowlers representing their team so far and three of those were clocking up their first Winter League wins this week as they beat Thorpe Green 'B' 6-2.
