Review of the results from the rearranged fixtures at Huddersfield RUFC yesterday

A big 8-0 win for Marsh Lib A pushed them back into the second promotion place after the rearranged Division 7 fixtures played at the Rugby Club yesterday. That win was over Lockwood Con B which has probably damaged beyond repair their hopes of moving into contention for a step up in the running order. The Marsh Lib A side overtook a Kirkheaton Con B team who were held to a 4-4 draw by Holmfirth A.

Regardless of all that the Huddersfield RUFC team continued on their journey to take the Division 7 title which was boosted by an 8-0 win over a struggling Huddersfield Recreation Club B team who will have an eye on the two teams below them in the table. Those two teams played each other this week with New Mill C coming out on top 6-2 over Broad Oak A who are now 20 points from safety and looking doomed to relegation.
