Preview of the Division 2 fixtures to be played at Cowcliffe on Tuesday 4 November

It will be quite an achievement if the two Lowerhouses teams remain in the top two positions in the Division 2 table by Tuesday tea-time. My tip for the title is Marsh United and last week they lost 2-6 to the Lowerhouses A team and will be desperate not to make it a losing double when they take on the Lowerhouses B team this week. Whilst this is going on the Lowerhouses A team will play Lindley Lib A who are looking for a first win of the season.

Last week Clayton West clocked up a satisfactory 6-2 win over Lindley Lib A and they will look to build on that this week when playing Milnsbridge A who were 5-3 winners last week. That just leaves New Mill B and Meltham A to meet, separated by one point and the loser could find themselves stranded at the foot of the table.
