Free defibrillator training

Club News

John Gant of Thongsbridge BC was an emergency services employee and has been providing free training in the use of a defibrillator to a range of local organisations. He is aware that bowling clubs and other community organisations have been investing in life-saving defibrillators. However under the pressure of trying to save someone's life these same people often fail due to a lack of knowledge about how and when to use these devices.

John provides a free training session on the time to use a defibrillator and how to use it properly. The only way that you can use your local device is by dialling 999. John provides this training using a mock device with a dummy to reproduce the scenario you are likely to face when called upon to put such devices to the ultimate test.

Did you also know that defibrillators should have an annual service and that some models need to have their batteries replaced every 2 or 3 years and this can be an expensive replacement. Find out about all this and get the training on your premises completely free of any charge. Contact John Gant on 07533 373 515 to set up your training session.
