Club News: Linthwaite Hall
The 2023 open competition for the Enid Blackburn Cup will this year be held on Sunday 2 July at Linthwaite Hall with entries now invited.
There is a £5 entry fee with the first 32 entries received going into the first round draw.
Such is the esteem that this competition is now held in, and such has been the quality of entrants in the past, that the winner now automatically qualifies for the BCGBA Champion-of-Champions.
Last year the competition was won by Lorraine Hirst beating Andrea Buckley in the final. Lorraine can be seen alongside receiving the trophy from Enid's daughter, Amanda Turton.
