Elland WMC win Bistro KO Final

Division 2 leaders Elland WMC won the 2025 Bistro KO Champions title by beating Division 1 rivals, Lindley Lib A, 114-99 in yesterday's Final at Brockholes BC.

The fact that they didn't need the +10 handicap start augurs well for them next season when this, in all probability, will be a Division 1 League fixture. This was the third Division 1 scalp in this competition this year for the Elland team.

Having previously beaten Lockwood Con A and Cowcliffe Lib, with only in the latter one, did they require the help of the handicap to progress to the next round.
