Two of the favourites for the Lindley BC £2600 were eliminated on Friday evening when Graeme Wilson and All-England Champion Callum Wraight were both muscled out of the competition with their victors both going on to qualify for Finals Night.

Graeme Wilson lost 18-21 to Owen Jackson to secure his place in the last 16 whilst Steve Gilroy had a memorable 21-16 win over Callum Wraight on his way to a Finals Day place next month. Friday wasn't a good day for the All-England Champion as in addition to losing at Lindley he also eliminated from the Elland WMC as well on the same day.
