Recently I posted an article on the BCGBA plans to introduce a new annual £1 per bowler levy on clubs to fund a national strategy. This will be voted on at the yearly Rules Revision meeting to be held on 18 January 2025. There are some other rules to be discussed at the same meeting and I now include all the other proposed changes from the meeting agenda.
