Yorkshire v North Midlands on Sunday

The Yorkshire team are looking forward to Sunday's BCGBA County Champions match against their North Midlands counterparts. Both teams qualified for this semi-final match in the knock-out stage of the competition. This is the first semi-final that the North Midlands team has reached since 2021. The home tie is to be played on the No.1 green (the big one) at the Meltham Sports Complex with a 2.00 pm start time. The teams and venue details are below.

Yorkshire are the defending Champions of this title after a classic final last year when they pipped the Warwick & Worcester team 429-420 after the teams shared 12 wins each over the two legs. The winners will progress through to the 2026 Final which is to be played on Sunday 6 September. There they will meet the winner of the other semi-final which features Shropshire against Warwick & Worcester.
