Winter Cup last 28 this Sunday

We are down to the last 28 bowlers in the Winter League's individual knock-out competition this Sunday. There is an 11.00am start time at Huddersfield RUFC with refreshments available for all as usual.

Four bowlers have byes through to the last 16 and these include both of the two Division 1 qualifiers Andy Lumb (Kirkheaton Con) and Graham Hirst (Lower Hopton) who will face each other. There will be 5 jacks on the green at all times and matches are all 21-up as we aim to conclude business no later than 3.00pm. Matches 1.5 to 1.9 from the listing below will be first on at 11.00am.

Bowlers in matches 1.10 to 1.14 will follow but need to be present by 11.30am. That allows a lie-in for those bowlers in matches 1.15, 1.16, 2.1 and 2.2 but they must be present no later than 12noon. We are bowling down on the day to the eight quarter-finalists who will reappear at the same venue for Finals Day on Sunday 12 April. The full draw for Sunday's matches is below.
