Three of the four Division 1 teams left in the 2025 Team Knock-Out competition made it through to the semi-finals after Thursday's quarter-finals. The odd one out being Netherton Con A who went down 103-165 to Division 2 side Shepley, the last non-Division 1 team left in contention.

The other three Division 1 teams had comfortable passages through to the penultimate stage of the competition.
