I have been made aware of a thief tricking bowling clubs out of cash. It seems that at least three bowling clubs have already been the target of this attempt to take cash from them dishonestly. At least one club has fallen for this man's story and paid him out.

It seems that he is using a scam saying that the club had engaged him to clean some drains and it had been agreed that he would be paid prior to commencing the work. At least one of the clubs fell for this scam and he quickly departed with cash in hand.

His cheek knows no limit as it is also known that he tricks bowling club members into giving him a lift to another club to make his story more believable. So if you get asked to give a lift to this thief to any bowling club, be alert to the scam you have become involved in.

All clubs and individuals are warned to be on the lookout for this thief.
