Rose Bowl Finals Day qualifiers

Veterans League

The two qualifying competitions for this year's Rose Bowl were played last Thursday at two greens - Holmfirth BC and Netherton Con. Eight bowlers (4 from each venue) progressed through to Finals Day which will be played at Netherton Con on Thursday 11 September. The Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and Final will all be played on Finals Day, leaving the one winner of the 2025 competition.

The competition has been renamed the Peter & Judith Muff Rose Bowl in recognition of a donation bequeathed to the League in the will of Peter Muff.

The two qualifying competitions saw 22 bowlers competing including three former winners of the title with Graham Hirst striving to make it three consecutive titles and he remains in the hunt after winning two games both by close calls. All the results and Quarter-Finals draw are below.
