R.I.P. John Inman

Rest in Peace

Very sorry to report the passing of Dalton bowler John Inman aged 75.

John was a single club man bowling in various teams for his only club, Dalton, including the Huddersfield League, Works League, Mirfield League, Elland League, Colne Valley League and the Huddersfield Winter League. He loved his bowling.

Besides being a single club man he was also a good club man turning his hand to many duties to help the club along the way. That included using his electrical skills and working behind the bar or on and around the green. The club will certainly miss his commitment and keen attitude to bowling at all levels throughout the year.
